day 29: sculpt. completed.
day 30: ... completed. so i tried cardio 3/4. i lasted about 15 mins into it before i got too tired to go any further. shortly before trying 3/4, i walked a mile with leslie sansone's fat burning walk. my weight has not changed as a i hoped by day 30. i think i only managed to drop 1 freakin' pound. i think my eating needs to change and i need to add more cardio. i will only add 30 mins more cardio to power90's cardio. so this week i'm going back to what i've tried before when losing weight.
i'm going to eat:
oatmeal
cereal (apple cinnamon cheerios, reese's puffs, frosted flakes, lucky charms)
hot pockets
boudain and funyuns
canned juices (since they are portioned it's easy for me not to drink a whole 2 liter)
nachos
fruits (apples, grapes, oranges, bananas)
that's about all. i'm going to avoid any potatoes and once in a while have fried shrimp.
let's see how this week goes!!
