there was another interruption merely seconds before i began my workout. why does this continue to happen? i feel like i've grown an obsession with the workout. lol i can't miss one minutes without feeling off. the good news is that i did complete the workout shortly after my company left.
day 10 is down. 90-10 = 80. tomorrow begins day 79. this process seems a little fast. my weight seems the same especially around my belly. i think i need to go back to eating 2 bowls of cereal and a nice dinner. that's what worked for me once, that's what should work again. i got somewhat out of control with the recent holiday. :)
