july 28 - 31...completed sweat + 1 mile walk
july 29 - 32...completed sculpt + 1 mile walk
july 30 - 33...completed sweat + 1 mile walk
july 31 - 34...completed sculpt + 1.5 mile walk w/ walk away the pounds
aug 1 - day 35! im going to workout later today.
watching what i eat status .... not too bad. i did buy the groceries i said. i have definitely been eating less. i did have one treat: catfish balls for dinner on thursday.
