almost 2 weeks are up. i remember when i was counting down to the first week. this second week has definitely gone by faster. two more days then i rest again.

monday = sculpt
tuesday = cardio + abs
wednesday = REST! :)

the good news is i can usually sustain each workout. cardio felt so good today. i like wiping sweat from my forehead.
