it was another superbusy day for me. errands to run left and right. i didn't start my workout until 10:30 pm! and my eating? i barely ate one thing today. i had a few sun chips, half a block of ramen noodles, and a few sips of juice while on the go. :( one moment i felt really weak.
i started this week with sculpt. i only took one pause and that was to do 7-7-7 push ups. other than that, i was able to complete the whole workout continuously. my stamina is definitely improving. i got a scale during a late night walmart rendezvous. guess what it read? 199! dang. reality is hitting me hard. this time last year it read the same. something's not right with walmart's scales...i dunno.
