20th day! this journey i've been traveling is a long one. it's quick yet long. it's enjoyable yet sparks my curiousity if i actually enjoy it. my answer to that is i love it! i don't see any big results yet. as i mentioned a few days, i think my thighs are somewhat smaller and my gut seems to have lost some of its roll. i could be imagining such things. i think i'm feeling guilty about how i eat. i stay away from most sweets. my downfalls are juices. i still cannot stand water!
