saturday, aug 2 (day 36) ... sculpt completed.
sunday, aug 3 (day 37)... missed. i went to a family dinner and got back late.
monday, aug 4 (day 38) ... slept late, sorta missed. i walked a mile but it was at 3:00 am which was actually (tuesday, aug 5).
tuesday, aug 5 (day 39) ... completed sweat + abs. i was going to include sculpt for missing it a few days before but i couldn't find my resistance bands. tomorrow i will do some barbie cardio and sculpt even though wednesdays are supposed to be my day off. no day off this week! :)
anyways, i've been training for work so i definitely need to learn to juggle my time a little better. i do need to go back to walmart and get on a scale. i wonder if it'll read this time. lol!!
