wednesday, aug 6 (day 40) ... completed sculpt + barbie workout.
thursday, aug 7 (day 41) ... took the day off.
friday, aug 8 (day 42) ... will do sweat + abs + a lil extra cardio. i might add sculpt here too.
i always forget to add new journals lately. i usually am training for work so i never get around to working out on time and then i forget to write it down when i do workout. ay ya ya. i gotta get it together lol
it's about time i move on to the 3/4 series. im definitely not burning as much with 1/2 anymore on sweat and sculpt. that's a good sign, right? :) i think so!
