8-10(day 44)...completed sculpt 3/4.
8-11(day 45)...missed.
8-21(day 46)...completed sculpt 3/4.
i found an extra cardio exercise that gets my heart pumping: jillian michaels cardio kickbox! it kicks your butt. it is so fun! the best thing it lasts 25 mins. it feels more like an hour and a half long workout.

i think i lost 4 lbs between the time i got on walmart's evil scale back in late july and now since i changed some of my eating habits with cereal. i tried 3 different scales today. this is what they read...
scale 1: 195! (including clothes, shoes, etc.)
scale 2: 205. (huh? this is absolutely wrong. i'd never fit my clothes if it were true.)
scale 3: it was busted. lol it read 152 and then 200. it was crazy!
i feel smaller so im gonna officially say i lost some weight! i wanna go ahead and buy a decent scale instead of guessing on walmart's rinky dink merchandise.
